I am not very computer literate. I use to play sims 4 all the time on my laptop and now all of a sudden it’s not working. I even tried updating and rebooting the laptop, reinstalling the game and nothing has worked. I provided a screen that pops up in the picture. Any help would be greatly appreciat
Sure! I probably should've included that in the post. The C drive says it says "162 MB free of 669 GB" and the D drive has "3.00 GB free of 27.4 GB". if you bought a used laptop, id recomend reinstalling windows entirely, than you will have enough memory to install the game. Okay I'll try that!

The game does not sync saves between computers. In order to have the same saves on both computers, you would need to transfer the save files between the computers using a USB drive for example. Actually it's very easy to play The Sims 4 on multiple PC's. Just makes your 'My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder part of your Dropbox
Hello I am new to Sims 4. I bought the game a couple months ago and really enjoy it but I prefer to only play with cc. My computer dosnt hold enough space for my game plus all the cc I downloaded it will work for a while and then it crashes. Yes, you can play on two computers at once, as long as one is on offline mode on origin, (so no access to the gallery on that one) my friend and I have a shared origin acc and we both play at the same time occasionally. @hotchkir That laptop would probably run Sims 4 fine on medium or medium-high settings, maybe high if you didn't have all the demanding expansion packs.. If you want alternatives, this one has a processor that's a little stronger and a graphics chip that's a little faster, and it's $550:

Jun 26, 2016 · Thank you for your reply. Problem was only present while playing Sims 4 game. After 6 hours of adjusting Nvidia settings, not sure what I did :( and was finally able to both play the game & manually switch back and forth (at random while having the Sims 4 game open and being "in game") between dual and single display (using settings) without the game locking up and/or not displaying on monitors.
